Launch on foundations that hold

Most launches wobble on operations, not on the idea. Metrixan helps you set up the operating structure, customer journey, CRM and lead handling, supplier arrangements, documentation, and reporting before pressure arrives.

  • Operating model and responsibilities agreed early
  • Enquiry-to-customer journey designed before the first campaign
  • Suppliers, documentation, and reporting ready for day one

Diagnosis first

The problem is rarely just the tool

Pick a problem you recognise. See what usually sits underneath it, and how it gets investigated.

What you see

Answers live in inboxes, chat threads, spreadsheets, and people’s heads. Finding the current version of anything takes messages and waiting.

What often sits underneath

  • No agreed single place for each type of information
  • Systems added one by one without connection or ownership
  • Documents duplicated instead of shared

How Metrixan would investigate

Map where each type of information is created, stored, and looked up, then identify which locations are actually trusted and which are worked around.

Selected work

Engagements, anonymised

Client operations are confidential, so stories are told without names. The situations, the work, and the outcomes are real.

Established multi-site business

Long-established business restarted its improvement after years of drift

The review made the drift visible and gave it owners. Wasted hours were reduced by removing duplicated and unnecessary work, budget leakage was identified and closed at its sources, equipment decisions became evidence-based, and management gained a reporting rhythm that shows problems while they are still small.

Method

Diagnosis before prescriptions

The same disciplined sequence sits behind every engagement, whether the result is a process change or a custom system.

Questions

Asked before most engagements

What kind of businesses does Metrixan work with?

Startups preparing to launch, established businesses whose improvement has stalled or begun declining, and service-based organisations where customers, staff, suppliers, documentation, and reporting need organised processes. Recent work spans health and care, IT and digital services, perfumery, and several other operationally different sectors.

Is Metrixan a software company?

No. Metrixan is an operations and business systems company. Websites, portals, applications, and internal tools are one method of delivery, used when a real operational need justifies them. Many engagements improve a process, a responsibility structure, or an existing tool without building anything new.

Do I need to replace my current systems?

Not necessarily. Existing systems are reviewed before any replacement is recommended. The right solution may be a process change, better use of a tool you already pay for, or a custom system where nothing suitable exists.

How does an engagement usually start?

With a conversation about your situation, followed by structured understanding and diagnosis. Scope depends on the operational need; recommendations come after the actual problem is established, not before.

What does it cost?

There is no fixed price list, because a project may be a short focused review or a longer implementation. Scope is defined around the operational need and agreed before work begins.

Where is Metrixan based?

Metrixan supports businesses internationally and works remotely with clients across time zones. During 2026 it has supported businesses in the UK, Jamaica, and Pakistan from setup to launch.

Who will I actually work with?

Metrixan is led by Waseem Yahya, who is directly involved from diagnosis through implementation. Where an engagement requires additional expertise, carefully selected specialists are brought in for that specific work.

Why are there no client names or testimonials on this site?

Client operations are confidential. Engagement stories are shared anonymised, demonstration interfaces use synthetic data, and no client information is published. The same discretion applies to your business.

You do not need another tool before understanding the problem.

Describe your situation. The first conversation is about your operation, not a sales pitch.
